The backyard is a true oasis. After a long day of meetings, conferences, and conventions, the garden chess set is fun way to get to know your opponents and there strategies. For the cook in your group, the 6 burner/grill barbeque is perfect for lunches and or dinners.

Grab a chair and relax as you look out over the strip. Day or night the view from the upstairs balcony is spectacular. The newest edition to the strip, The South Coast Hotel and Casino, can also be seen.

Every bedroom has its own personality in this Mini-Castle. There are two master suites with entertainment centers, fireplaces, breakfast bars with refrigerator, sitting areas, Jacuzzi tubs, his and her water closets with bidet, walk in closets, and six guest suites with private baths and balconies in the main house. A two bedroom, one bath casita with a full kitchen and laundry also accommodates those guests who would like a little more privacy from the rest of the group.

The 500 sq ft courtyard is the entrance to the Mini-Castle with a custom designed wrought iron gate that starts the welcoming process as you enter into your Las Vegas private retreat. The courtyard is a cozy little place to host a cocktail party, or relax on the park benches and talk friends about the day or up coming events. On those cold nights, sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the outside atmosphere. You can access the mini-master suite, the library, the formal dining room and the foyer from any one of the French doors off this relaxing courtyard.

The office is a great place for those coming into town for business and need a place to set up shop. There are four desks with high speed cable modem internet access, fax machine and plenty of outlets for all other electronics needs to help you complete your business while away from the office.

The entertainment room is the perfect place to watch movies, play pool or get a friendly game of cards going. On those warm nights open up the balcony doors and enjoy the aromas of summer and the lights. The wet bar is great for drinks and snacks.

The family room has a big screen TV, DVD/video player, surround sound, and 8 reclining and 4 seat sectional for the whole group. The fireplace adds a nice ambiance to the 600 sq ft entertaining room. The kitchen nook table seats eight and is surrounded by windows to enjoy the light. The kitchen is outfitted for a world class chef. Granite countertops, Wolfe appliances, including (2) Sub-Zero fridge and freezers, 6 burner grill, double convection ovens, a warming drawer, a Miele Coffee Maker, microwave and island with vegetable sink. The bar counters can accommodate all in the party.

The full wet bar area is also used for your continental breakfast area serving orange juice, coffee, Danishes, bagels and what ever your pleasure.

No need to know how to play the grand piano the living room because the piano is a player. Just put in one of the many CD’s and listen to the great tunes. For the guest who knows how to play, give it go and impress your entire group, let them see how talented you are!!!

The dining room is the heart of the castle and truly brings the castle alive. When you and your guest are sitting at the table there is not a bad seat, because all of you will be sitting in custom hand-carved kings chairs. The stone work adds to the ambience of the castle and your dining experience.

The home has marble floors throughout the downstairs and hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms and upstairs. There are laundry rooms located up and downstairs.

The home is outfitted with a soft water system, (6) reverse osmosis stations for your drinking pleasure. Sound and speaker systems located in the courtyard, balcony and covered patio areas, dining room, great room, bonus room and backyard enhance your entertaining.
